Spacious three-room apartment (formerly 4 rooms) located on the second floor. The building offers an unobstructed view of the Larixbos.

Entrance hall, toilet, kitchen with a neat kitchen unit, bathroom with shower and sink, spacious and bright living room of approximately 30 m2 with access to the balcony. The balcony is located on the south-east.
Furthermore, the apartment has 2 bedrooms of approximately 6 and 12 m2 and an indoor storage room on the ground floor.
